Another Alphabet-Covered Nike Zoom Freak 4 “Letter Bro” Is Coming Soon

Since his first signature silhouette with The Swoosh, Nike and Giannis Antetokounmpo have returned to the use of alphabet prints inspired by the difficulty those had with pronouncing his last name as a kid, resulting in an “Alphabet Soup” nickname. Whether employed in an all-out fashion or in more reserved taste, the Nike Zoom Freak 4 returns to the widely-associated lettered aesthetic in a more boastful rendition.

Having last appeared as a Swoosh accent with Thanksgiving-associated hues, a brightened wave of cream envelops the entirety of the engineered mesh base layer and matching serrated midsole while pink and vibrant red letters dance across the latter spelling out the two-time League MVP’s last name. Further illuminated by a lush pink treatment filling the mesh tongue construction and shimmering nylon sock liner, bright baby blues inject a titular personality into the reverse mid-foot Swoosh, Giannis’ insignia’s, “FREAK” affixed heel tabs and along the tread underfoot for a luminous finish to the already gaudy ensemble.
