While LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers continue their quest toward a play-in spot for the 2022-23 NBA Playoffs, The Swoosh is simultaneously readying its last batch of signature options before the Beaverton brand begins gearing up for the launch of the Nike LeBron 21. In the meantime, the four-time Champion’s cost-effective series of silhouettes continue to explore compelling palettes, such as this mix of deep reds and jade.

Right away the chosen color blocking begins to mirror a counterpart from over a decade ago, engaging in the same collection of jade and red that coated the Nike LeBron X “Christmas” back in 2012. Albeit in a darker tincture, a burgundy-tinted “Team Red” consumes the near entirety of the upper with more vibrant swatches rendering repeated accents throughout. Exploring the mint association in further detail, the latter wraps atop the forefoot’s grid layer and laces before concentrating along the heel’s translucent caging and the speckled treatment dawning the midsole.
