Jovani Hernandez First teased in late December 2022, the women’s Air Jordan 2 “Soft Pink” (officially “Medium Soft Pink”) has finally surfaced via official Nike photos.
Set to launch on August 31st, the women’s-exclusive retro brings another off-the-court look to Michael Jordan’s second signature silhouette. “Summit White”-colored suede and canvas panels set up the stage for the titular tone, covering the bulk of the upper. Panel trims across the profile and details on the spine deviate from the off white makeup in favor of a bubble gum-reminiscent pink. The tongue’s underside and inner lining follow suit, but “Air Jordan” text on the tongue’s frontside prefers a “Gym Red” finish. Akin to April’s “Atmosphere” Air Jordan 1, the upcoming Jordan 2 features an “aged” sole unit that falls in line with the unshakeable “Neo-vintage” trend.
