While Nike has instituted a wave of classic and reimagined jersey sets since taking over the NBA’s apparel in 2017, it wasn’t until last season that the Milwaukee Bucks dipped into their archival bag and dawned an updated version of their iconic mid-90s purple uniforms. For the 2023-24 season, this upcoming Giannis Immortality 3 matches perfectly with the Bucks’ longstanding history.

While the teal-dominant upper doesn’t immediately evoke the nostalgia of a high-flying Ray Allen and Michael Redd, the cost-effective model’s background shades instill hints of Brew City. Reminiscent classic green hues animate the reverse profile swoosh and the heel’s pull tabs while dark violet contrasts anchor the inner lining, mesh tongue and lace fastener. The looming dark plum treatment resumes along the mesh mid-foot panel and the tread while a mint-cured midsole illuminates the proposition underfoot.
