For years, LeBron Jame and his Swoosh family has offered the Nike LeBron Witness, a performance model more affordable than the mainline silhouette. The LeBron Witness 8 is the latest proposition in this effort, and has recently appeared in a Los Angeles Lakers-friendly color scheme. Reminiscent in build and technology to its immediate predecessor, the Nike LeBron Witness 8 features a taller trim than the LW7. The change in silhouette is sure to deliver a more cushioned ride to ballers who may be deeper in their basketball career like King James himself. A plump Air Max unit delivers shock absorption at the heel, while an unnamed foam (possibly Cushlon) delivers protection and cushioning through the remainder of the midsole. Black, purple, and rich yellow animate the sneaker.
