Jared Ebanks Headlined by WNBA Champion and two-time League MVP A’Ja Wilson, the Nike Cosmic Unity 3 has explored a vast range of titular ensembles thanks to the upper’s embroidered versatility. While a contrasting mix of three or more hues may serve up a daunting aesthetic across the rest of the brand’s basketball catalog, the sustainably-minded silhouette welcomes any and all tones – seen here in a new “Guava Ice” colorway.
Working in a collection of colors in a vertical fashion, much like the Air Max 97, the Cosmic Unity 3’s layered upper allows for the latter shades to seamlessly stack atop one another. A swatch of light cream illuminates the offering underfoot by curing the midsole and initial upper layer in full while a faded Guava Ice amplifies the middlemost section of the knit tooling. Above that, the tongue’s surrounding panels are clothed in a workwear Sesame color-match to that of the tread. What’s more, a Deep Jungle treatment illuminates the tucked-away tongue construction as light pinks finish off the duo of pull tabs and the ribbed collar.
