Nike Brings A “White/Crimson” Update To The Women’s Blazer Mid ’77

Simple, but good.

Nike Brings A “White/Crimson” Update To The Women’s Blazer Mid ’77

The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 has seen more popular days over the years. Yet, it hasn’t stopped delivering compelling styles.

With 2024 on the horizon, the Swoosh’s original basketball silhouette from the 1970s has emerged in a “White/Crimson” color scheme. Exclusive to women, the offering keeps things simple, as do most of the Blazer Mid‘s makeovers. Leather construction across the upper opt for a “colorless” makeup that sets the stage for contrasting hues at the profiles, Achilles’ Heel, and lateral quarter panel. The boldest contrasting tone arrives in the form of a spring-friendly red, which animates branding throughout the upper. Underfoot, the old school sole unit deviates in an off white hue that alludes to the model’s age. Herringbone-patterned traction follows suit, helping create a heritage-inspired take on the iconic design. Lastly, exposed foam tongues and grey suede reinforcement at the tip of the toe and lateral forefoot round out the decades-old silhouette.

Enjoy official photos of the women’s pair ahead. Firm nike.com launch details haven’t been disclosed as of this writing, but that’s likely to change soon. The Blazer Mid ’77 is priced at $105 USD.
