The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Continues Its Run In Earth Tones

Few silhouettes have benefited from the sneaker world’s increased favorability towards Y2K aesthetics like the Nike Zoom Vomero 5. The model saw a big resurgence in 2023 due to that growing trend, releasing in a variety of contemporary looks as well as vibrant 2000s-esque color schemes to satiate appetites of this newfound demographic of shoe-heads.

The Beaverton brand’s next Vomero delivery falls into the former of those two categories, treated with an earthy color palette of brown, dusted clay, and violet hues. Suede overlays make their way onto this pair, appearing in clay coloring to contrast a darker TPU cage and heel unit. The base layer of the shoe is constructed of light violet mesh, matching the laces up top. Underfoot, a sail-colored midsole maintains continuity with the earthy palette, complemented by a dark brown outsole to match the lining up top.

No release date has been set, but expect a release in the coming months as Nike continues to capitalize on the Vomero 5’s newfound resurgence.

If you’re a fan of this look but would prefer something else, check out the upcoming New Balance 1906R in “Metallic Teal.”
