UPDATE: Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” Is Releasing In 2025

Updated June 11th, 2024: The Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” is in fact releasing in 2025, according to Sneaker Files. In April of this year, it was originally reported that the iconic original would be returning. An update in May reported that such a release was not happening, but a “Bloodline” would be inserted in its place. This latest update reverses that development; the Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” will in fact be releasing Spring 2025 for $210.

Updated May 16th, 2024: The “Flu Game” Jordan release is not happening. Originally reported by @zsneakerheadz as a 2025 release, it turns out that the colorway in question is completely different. Truly sore news. Check out our Jordan Release Dates 2024 page for the latest developments.

Another all-time classic original Air Jordan is returning in 2025. The Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” is now confirmed to be releasing in Spring of next year, with full family sizes earmarked for this anticipated drop.

This iconic black/red colorway established its iconic status due to Michael Jordan’s unforgettable performance in Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals. Riddled with sickness, possibly due to some bad pizza he ate at his hotel, Jordan defied the odds and had arguably his best game during the series by dropping 38 points in 44 minutes of play.

The Flu Game Jordan 12s last released in 2016, the same year we saw the Air Jordan 5 “Black/Metallic” — another heralded classic that’s confirmed to drop next year, according to @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files.

We’re still well ahead of the expected release of either pair of 2025 Jordans, so for now, take a look at the Jordan Release Dates 2024 page to see what’s coming sooner.
