Releasing as part of Nike's Summer '24 slate.

“Phantom” Sets The Tone For A Classic Air Force 1 Low

Even with news breaking that Nike will cut down production numbers of staples like the Air Force 1, the silhouette isn’t going anywhere despite that potentially reduced stock. In fact, as we sit on the precipice of summer, it’s entirely back in the spotlight, a multiple time canvas for Nike’s seasonal plans. The latest utilizes a heavy dose of “Phantom” atop of some familiar AF1 additions.

Two applications of Phantom grace the underlying leather hardware and suede panels up top, creating a neutral base the rest of the shoe works off of. “Light Smoke Grey” paints the Swoosh, continuing through the heel tag at the rear. A familiar gum sole anchors the design underfoot, with slight dots of Platinum White brightening things up at the sockliner and embroidered rear Nike logo. It’s color-blocking we’re all plenty accustomed to, but this new colorway gives consumers a chance to pick up another AF1 that’ll easily pair with any summer outfit.

The Air Force 1 Low “Phantom” is likely to drop in the coming weeks, retailing for $130. You can find official images just ahead.
