Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” Releasing Summer 2025

Another all-time classic confirmed for next year.

Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” Releasing Summer 2025

Add yet another iconic Air Jordan to the list of sneaker releases for 2025. The Air Jordan 8 “Aqua,” the original from 1993, is set to return summer of next year.

According to the latest update via @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the famous colorway is set to join a long list of all-time classic Jordans that are already confirmed to drop next year. That list of blockbusters includes the Jordan 4 “White Cement”, the Air Jordan 5 “Grape”, the Air Jordan 1 Hi ’85 “Bred”, and even the return of the Undefeated Jordan 4.

The “Aqua’ Jordan 8 continued a series of off-colored versions of the Air Jordan legacy shoe. In an effort to expand beyond the typical black/red/white color scheme of the Chicago Bulls, Nike experimented with unorthodox colorways to cover more ground. The Aquas are one of just three originals that debuted in 1993; it has since re-released on two other occasions – 2007 and 2015. The more recent released featured a slight sparkly exterior on the midsole — a detail seen in the version from the origin year.

For now, a release is expected during the Summer 2025 season (April, May, or June), so stay tuned for updates.
