The Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 “USA” Checks In For The Olympics

Nike’s lineup of “USA” basketball sneakers for the 2024 Olympics is colossal. Even with men’s group stage competition beginning in just over a week, new pairs keep adding to the Beaverton brand’s diverse catalog.

In addition to being included in Nike’s “Olympic Safari” basketball trio, the Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 now appears in a patriotic red, white, and blue mix ahead of the international competition. First released in early June by way of the “Blueprint” colorway, the two “Olympic” pairs are among the first few to introduce the new model to the world.

The top half of the Hustle 3’s knit upper comes coated in red, while the bottom portion matches the midsole in white. There, a delicate grey-on-white safari print pattern spans the full length of the shoe in lockstep with other “Olympic” footwear across various sub-brands. Fulfilling the theme, a dark navy blue Swoosh is matched on the outsole.

Some performance highlights; the GT Hustle 3 features visible Zoom Air capsules near the forefoot and a sewn-in Zoom Air strobel for maximum energy storage. The Nike Sport Research Lab also concluded that athletes use less oxygen when playing in the GT Hustle 3 compared to the GT Hustle 2, justifying a true data-backed upgrade.

The Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 “USA” is set to release August 1st for $180 in men’s sizing, smack dab in the middle of the men’s group stage basketball competition. Reference our “Where To Buy” section below on that date if you’re compelled to pick up a pair.

Pivoting to the signature wing, the Nike Sabrina 2 also just surfaced in “USA” makeup.
