Nike Continues The Neon Approach To The Air Max Sunder With “Electric Green”

The Air Max Sunder retro era has begun with the unleashing of the OG “Canyon Gold” colorway earlier in July. Now, Nike’s looking to expanding on this neon-based color story with “Electric Green” at the start of August.

Quizzically billed as a women’s sneaker, the Air Max Sunder has been met with heavy excitement from the male demographic. A good amount of the larger available sizes of the Air Max Sunder “Canyon Gold” have sold out immediately, whereas the more common women’s sizes have sat on shelves and on SNKRS and will begin to hit the markdown cycle soon. Perhaps Nike will notice this trend and see that the Air Max Sunder isn’t for the demographic they’re targeting.

The same will likely occur for the “Electric Green” colorway. Larger sizes will likely be sought after, while the smaller pairs could take time before disappearing from stock. The upcoming “Fuchsia Flash” colorway could be the lone abberration given its heavy pink usage, but overall the Air Max Sunder’s revival hasn’t nearly hit the mark that was once anticipated upon its first reveal last Fall. However, the recent “Gold” Air Max Sunder might be the one to gather all crowds.

Currently, a release date is expected on August 8th, 2024 with an MSRP of $180. These are, again, a women’s shoe release, so select your proper size accordingly.
