Nike’s current lifestyle darling likely isn’t falling off its perch either way, but a hefty dose of season-ready style certainly won’t hurt.
It’s a full embrace of earthy tonality with this pair, sprawling from off-white wide mesh, the burnt sienna heel cage and “Khaki” leather overlays. An asymmetric “Fire Red” midsole strip is mirrored by an all-red insole and scattered hits throughout the profile for a jolt of energy in the margins. While other Swoosh offerings may have a longer history of street style, it’s hard to argue that many of them currently have as much juice as the Vomero 5, a staple of both trendy streetwear looks and general mall fare.
