Marvel’s Doctor Strange Casts An adidas Collaboration With Size?

Three pairs due out soon.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange Casts An adidas Collaboration With Size?

Marvel’s ongoing partnership with adidas adds a new player into the mix, employing the keen eye of the Size? gang for the latest collaborative release. Inspired by the Doctor Strange trilogy of movies, Size? highlights the Handball Spezial, Gazelle Indoor, and New York — each attributed to one of the three films in the vertical.

This first look arrives not-so-coincidentally on the week of New York Comic Con which is set to take place on October 17th through October 20th. As alluded to earlier, it is assumed that each of the three models are representative of each of the three movies, although it doesn’t seem entirely likely given the details around the third movie are still murky.

At quick glance, each pair could be mistaken for a seasonal in-line model. The Gazelle Indoor features a two-toned green take with dark gum soles; the Handball Spezial pairs up dark navy and light pink; the New York sees mustard golds with a light spruce on the stripes. A closer inspection reveals the Marvel co-branding on the tongue and the Seal of Vishanti placed on the heel. Each issue also features a unique insole that depicts psychedelic four-dimensional landscapes that are commonly seen through the films.

Release date information has not yet been revealed, but expect Size? to come forward with an official announcement soon.
