Andrew Rizzo Following a batch of Stüssy collaborations, the Nike LD-1000 has been reclaiming a spot in the Beaverton brand’s catalog through new inline colorways. Fall-friendly “Light British Tan” sets the tone for the waffle-soled 1977 trainer this time around, currently expected to release during the Spring 2025 shopping season.
While all recent inline colorways thus far have featured standard white midsoles, this latest pair hones its vintage aesthetic through light tan paint underfoot. The formula up top remains the same, with suede overlays complementing a tactile nylon base. The Swoosh and backtab appear in “Pinksicle” leather for contrast, comprising a “Neapolitan” aesthetic in tandem with a white (vanilla) tongue and laces.
As mentioned, the Nike LD-1000 “Light British Tan/Pinksicle” is currently slated to release Spring 2025 and will retail for $100. See official retailer images below if you’re move to cop a pair upon arrival.
