Make Or Miss, Jason Kelce’s Field Goal Attempt In Timberlands Will End In A $100,000 Donation

This Saturday, November 2nd, Jason Kelce will attempt to kick a field goal wearing a pair of Wheat Timbs during ESPN College GameDay’s broadcast of the Penn State vs. Ohio State game. This challenge spun into motion after college student Daniel Villasenor won $100,000 earlier in October by successfully kicking a field goal in a pair of Vans checkerboard slip-ons.

First discussed in jest during the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast was special guest Pat McAfee, the challenge quickly became a reality and the all-time great NFL center will indeed try to score three points wearing a pair of the iconic Wheat Timberlands.

VF Corp — the parent brand of Vans and Timberland — is entering the chat with an incredible $100,000 pledge to the Soles4Souls charity to support hurricane relief efforts. No pressure on Jason, though; VF Corp will be donating the funds regardless of Kelce’s make or miss.

Tune into ESPN College GameDay on November 2nd, 2024 to catch to kick for yourself.
