The Jordan Zion 3 Puts On A Dazzling Display Of “Pure Platinum”

Another clean look releases soon.

The Jordan Zion 3 Puts On A Dazzling Display Of “Pure Platinum”

Where oh where is the Jordan Zion 4? Given the fact Zion Williamson’s current signature shoe debuted in October of 2023, we surely expected the next model to materialize by this point. While we’re waiting on word from Jordan Brand, the Zion 3 is holding down the fort through new colorways; this “Pure Platinum” edition being the latest.

The splattered, mud-inspired stability pattern takes the “Pure Platinum” hue here, while the rest of the upper cleans up in white. A red Jumpman logo is the only departure from a true monochrome colorway, heightening focus on versatility and simplicity as opposed to flashiness.

Jordan Brand had high hopes for Zion Williamson’s signature shoe line upon signing him to an unprecedented $75 million deal before he even played an NBA game, but shoes by fellow Jumpman athletes Jayson Tatum and Luka Dončić have both surpassed the series when it comes to both performance and consumer demand. While the Zion 2 earned some solid reviews, his first and current models haven’t been with much acclaim to say the least. Maybe that’s why the Zion 4 is taking longer than usual, but it will take some time to say for sure.

Steering focus back to the sneaker at hand, the Zion 3 “Pure Platinum” releases Holiday 2024 for $140 in men’s sizing. See official images below if you’re interested in copping a pair.
