First Look At The Jordan Zion 4

Given the fact that Zion Williamson’s current Jordan signature debuted in October of 2023, it was only a matter of time before images of his next shoe cropped up. Lo and behold; we now finally have our first look at the Jordan Zion 4.

The images above and below come to us from @bbb_ceo, supposedly taken at a Jordan Brand product showcase in China. Right off the bat, the shoe appears far more sleek in comparison to the Zion 3. The upper is comprised primarily of leather, with what appears to be a mesh portion running from the quarter to the toe. While the Zion 3 features an eccentric mud-splattered pattern from heel to toe, the Zion 4 confines the texture to a small splice of leather on the lateral side. The midsole is also changed dramatically, with hefty TPU portions appearing on the sides and heel.

While we’ve yet to get a full 360° view and official technical breakdown, the shoe likely features a bottom-loaded TPU shank plate, Formula 23 foam, and Zoom Air forefoot cushioning (just like the Zion 3). No release information has been made available at this stage, and with Zion Williamson currently being injured and the subject of trade rumors, it’s unlikely we’ll see the Pelicans forward trot out the new model any time soon.

In any case, keep this page as well as our Jordan Release Dates hub handy for updates over the coming months.
