The Jordan Zion 4 Sports Scorching Shades For Its “Forged In Fire” Look

Each year, it feels like the basketball gods spin a roulette wheel, landing on one unfortunate team that’ll be cursed with the “year from hell.” Wracked with injuries up and down the roster, the New Orleans Pelicans unquestionably didn’t draw up 2025 like this, but Zion Williamson and the rest of the roster can at the very least use the rest of the season to harden themselves for a playoff push next year. Luckily, this isn’t the first time their superstar PF has been staring down unideal circumstances, something he’s redoubling with the Jordan Zion 4 “Forged In Fire.”

As Jordan Brand during the initial reveal of the silhouette, the trio of debut looks each circle back to one of the guiding lights from the shoe’s predecessor, “getting it out of the mud.” While the previous “Mud to Marble” makes that abundantly clear, this look and the still-upcoming “Damascus Steel” rely on more hardened imagery.

“Forged In Fire” plays out literally on the Jordan Zion 4, animating Williamson’s signature with a smattering of “Citron Pulse/Flash Crimson/Laser Orange/Orange Peel” shades. Said neon shades complement the “Igloo” traction underfoot, a section where the textured design of the Zion 4 truly stands out, along with the embossed heel collar, fingerprint embroidery above the strobel and the dotted strip above that.

The Jordan Zion 4 “Forged In Fire” releases on March 11th, retailing for $140 in men’s sizing. As usual, Nike.com will likely be your go-to source for this pair, but to be the first to know exactly which additional retailers will carry this colorway, keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates 2025 page.
