Retro news may make for the most attention-grabbing when it comes to Jordan Brand, but its more readily-available, easily accessible product makes up the bulk of its releases. In that crowd, the Jordan Legacy 312 Low has been an extremely familiar face, scattered on e-commerce sites and retail shelves as a mixture of some of the imprint’s most iconic early styles. The Air Jordan 3 is clearly in focus for the silhouette’s latest look, spinning its iconic patterning in “Neutral Grey.”

As one of the compositional touchstones for the Legacy 312 already, the AJ3 has loomed over every look the silhouette has issued. Yet with the elephant print Swoosh seen here, its influence is absolutely undeniable. WIth the tones of “Cool Grey” and “Midnight Navy” plastered throughout that pattern and in further pops on the upper, the AJ3’s look of the same name is a comparison, as is the “Georgetown” look utilized heavily in the Retro slate and on the Air Jordan 1.
