The Nike Ava Rover Splashes In “Washed Teal”

"Light Orewood Brown" makes up the upper.

The Nike Ava Rover Splashes In “Washed Teal”

While still in its infancy, the Nike Ava Rover is starting to look like a much-needed win for the Beaverton brand. Early reviews on the sneaker’s comfort have been glowing, and aesthetically speaking, the model provides a welcome breath of fresh air (although some might say it’s got a bit of a Yeezy vibe). Next up is a beachy “Light Orewood Brown/Washed Teal” colorway for Fall/Winter 2025, shown here via official images.

The sneaker’s color blocking aligns with that of pretty much every Ava Rover seen thus far, complete with a “Light Orewood Brown” mesh upper and “Washed Teal” on the midsole/pixelated TPU detailing. A plush, responsive ReactX foam midsole is the engine behind the scenes, offering a more advanced version of the tech utilized in the once-popular React Element. Stitched Swoosh logos on both sides come in as the lone branded hits, thus allowing the shoe’s gorpcore-minded aesthetic to shine through uninterrupted.

The Nike Ava Rover “Light Orewood Brown/Washed Teal” is due out September 2025 for $145 in adult sizes; see official images below if these might contend for a spot in your rotation.
