The Jordan MVP 92 Continues Its Under-The-Radar Rollout In “Sail”

An understated look for the Jordan 7 spinoff.

The Jordan MVP 92 Continues Its Under-The-Radar Rollout In “Sail”

Like it or not, spinoff Jordans aren’t going anywhere. The recent success of models like the Jordan 4 RM and Spiz’ike Low has motivated the Jumpman to explore even more avenues, thus spawning the Jordan MVP 92 earlier this summer. Next up for the low-top Air Jordan 7 re-imagination is a “Sail/Jade Horizon” men’s colorway, shown here via official images.

The Air Jordan 7 proper hasn’t been a part of Jordan Brand’s planning since mid-2023, but fans can at least expect more releases for the model’s 35th anniversary in 2027. Until then, however, the Jordan MVP 92 is the next best thing. Just like the Jordan 4 RM, the sneaker features a low-top design with some key TPU enhancements, including a redesigned heel with “Nike Air” branding. The model’s name comes from the year the Jordan 7 debuted, the year MJ collected his third MVP award. It’s not a sneaker for Jordan purists, but appeals more to the casual/non-traditional crowd. This men’s colorway features a “Sail” leather upper, “Jade Horizon” sockliner, and “Khaki” sole unit underfoot.

The Jordan MVP 92 “Sail/Jade Horizon” releases Fall/Winter 2025 via nike.com and retailers, priced at $145. See official images below if you’re moved to cop.
