On the heels of the viral ReactX Rejuven8 clogs and slip-ons came the Nike Ava Rover earlier this summer — a lifestyle-friendly, outdoor-minded model with the potential to become the Beaverton brand’s next big hit. As the silhouette continues to establish itself, the Ava Rover has surfaced in a versatile “Earth” colorway perfectly suited for the season ahead.
The Ava Rover builds on Nike’s use of ReactX with an all-new sculpted sole unit made from the lightweight cushioning material, complete with hollowed-out sections and a tactile grid texture on both sides. A protective mudguard in the same vein makes for a seamless transition between the bottom and top of the sneaker, with the upper delivering comfort and performance through breathable, lightweight mesh fabric. This “Earth” edition carries forward the color blocking we’ve seen on earlier pairs, pairing a brown upper with “Dark Smoke Grey” hits on the mudguard and sole.
