Nike Football Continues Epic Display Of Archive Kits And Boots Ahead Of World Cup 2026

After putting on a block party centered around the Nike Total 90 III in Shanghai last year, Nike Football and Chinese soccer collective Anar FC have reconvened for another event celebrating the beautiful game. The two parties hosted the first-ever anarOPEN in Aranya, China last weekend — a celebration inspired by Spain’s viral Kings League that allows fans to leave their mark on the action.

The anarOPEN consists of six teams, 72 players, and a live fan-voting system where “cloud coaches” can influence the game in real time. For our purposes, Nike Football also hosted another archival exhibition. The event was held on the north shore of Aranya, located in Beidaihe, China — a seaside community and lifestyle brand (go figure) that began as a failed real estate development project. Bridging past and present, the collection highlighted the iconic boots of legends like Ronaldinho and Francesco Totti, as well as today’s stars like Kylian Mbappé and Cristiano Ronaldo. Iconic Nike soccer balls were also on display, alongside classic kits beloved by fans of all stripes.
