By way of collector and seller extraordinaire @casa_soles, we’re now getting an extra piece of the puzzle for that decade-old drop, revealing a 1/3 sample of the Nike SB Dunk High “Pushead.”
Reflecting an early production stage of the actual 2012 release rather than a later-in-the-timeline scrapped drop, the Nike SB Dunk High “PUshead” carries many of the same hallmarks that made the public pair a successful sequel. The bleached, blotchy print carries a slightly different arrangement — though the same coloring — leaning more into the black canvas than its earthier counterparts. Other than that finer detail, the glossy rear panel and suede overlays remain in place, indicating that the big decision after this pair’s production wasn’t its overall colorway but instead which model to deploy it on.
We’d typically end off this article by prompting those with an extra five digits to spare to pursue @casa_soles, but these came off the market within 24 hours of being listed.
