Continuing a strong run of Halloween-themed kids’ releases following last year’s “Black Cat” Air Jordan 1 Low, the Air Jordan 11 “Inner Beast” stands out with a glow-in-the-dark outsole and a black base composed of a smooth leather upper and a faded grey mudguard. Along with the luminous sole unit, another key detail comes by way of the Jumpman logos on the sides. Tying in with one of the year’s most significant Jordan retros — the “Black Cat” 4s, currently earmarked for a November release — this Air Jordan 11 features purple cat claw graphics beneath stitched green Jumpman logos.
The “Inner Beast” 11s are said to be part of a larger series of kids’ releases intended to educate young sneaker fans about Michael Jordan and sneaker history, fittingly dubbed “Sneaker School.” No other “Sneaker School” styles have surfaced as of this writing, but it’s likely more will come to light before long.
