At this point, do we need (or would it even be effective) to sell you on the styling versatility of the Nike Air Force 1? It’s one of the few shoes in the marketplace that’s risen to a point of pure ubiquity, leaving the real variable as what makes a particular build or colorway of Bruce Kilgore’s titan worth adding to the rotation rather than the silhouette itself.

If anything, it’s once harsher weather descends that makes the Uptown a bit tougher to pull out of the closet than in more temperate months. To remedy that, we’ve seen constant weather-appropriate refurbishes as we stare down winter in the Northern Hemisphere, be it a reissue of the “Flax” Air Force 1 Mid or a series of Gore-Tex variations.

In what’s possibly the sturdiest embrace to date, the trademark fabric now gains an underfoot partner with Vibram soles, making the sneaker entirely ready for sleet-coated streets and beyond. Modified lugged traction in the outsole only bolsters that, while alternate ridged rope laces ensure the totality of this shoe meets the challenge. As if to ensure you don’t have to reorient your whole wardrobe to fit these styles, there are three neutral colorways on tap for this initial delivery: “Triple Black,” “Triple White,” and an earthy “Clay Green/Sequoia.”

All three of these Gore-Tex/Vibram Nike Air Force 1 looks are due out for Holiday 2025, retailing for $150 apiece. Catch official images below and keep our Sneaker Release Dates hub within reach to be the first to know when all three touch down.
