Nike Officially Reveals The GT Cut 4

A futuristic update to an already-vaunted product line.

Nike Officially Reveals The GT Cut 4

Just a few months into her pro career, Paige Bueckers merged two milestones into one, taking to shooting practice for her first WNBA All-Star with her first earnest Nike spotlight product on foot. No, it wasn’t the Paige 1 — it was something nearly as headline-grabbing: the Nike GT Cut 4, a futuristic uptake of the hooper-loved performance line.

A full season later, the Swoosh has officially broken the seal on the fourth edition. As we noted in our coverage of Bueckers’ reveal, the polished body and grooved suede interruptions rising above the midsole still stand as the key aesthetic choice — a stark divergence from the dense textures of the model before it. In this announcement, the GT Cut 4 is paired with the Nike GT Future as “the next evolution” of the product family. That visual choice makes it entirely apparent why — two silhouettes that foreground sleek, smooth finishes.

This press blast earnestly unwraps the tech package that players can expect upon arrival, centered around a cushioning package of ZoomX 3.0 in the midsole and a parabolic Zoom Strobel. RBX foam in the outsoles, a remodeled traction pattern, 3D-molded collars, and a tough exoskeleton exterior make up some of the finer details, delivering an all-around ride befitting its futuristic peripherals.

Nike stamps January 2026 as the launch window for the GT Cut 4; retail pricing is unconfirmed at this stage.
