This marks a significant moment for the GT Future as it represents the model’s first true wide launch (supposedly), following more limited releases of Wale’s “Valor Blue” colorway and the orange “Fire” before that. Leaning fully into its namesake, the molded hoops silhouette here arrives in a fully reflective Metallic Silver finish for a distinctly futuristic look. As with most GT Future styles previewed thus far, the tongue, lining, Swooshes, and outsole all come in black.

The “Metallic Silver” was one of three GT Future colorways previewed during Nike’s SNKRS Showcase live event back in July, joined by a yellow “Lightning” and the aforementioned “Fire.” Both of those rollout styles are expected to receive wider releases later on.

Again, the Nike GT Future “Metallic Silver” drops December 20th via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. Scroll back up to our Where To Buy section for raffle and purchase links.
