Andrew Rizzo Some sneakers feature design themes that require pretty much no deduction. Heart-adorned Nike Dunks around Valentine’s Day, animal-inspired Jordans around the Chinese New Year… you get the gist. On the other hand, we’re sometimes hit with designs, or in this case a full-on collection, that leave us questioning exactly how it came into fruition (not that a little ambiguity is a bad thing).
Since August of 2025, we’ve been slowly unraveling a collection of “Morse Code” Nike lifestyle sneakers, each featuring dashes and dots that spell out “Nike” paired with mostly earth-toned colorways. Following Cortez, Killshot II, and Air Force 1 styles among a handful of others, we’ve uncovered a black and white Astrograbber featuring gold Morse code branding at the heel. Pebbled black leather makes up essentially the entire upper, save for plain white leather on the Swooshes. We’re getting a slight Bode Astrograbber sort of vibe, although this in-house style doesn’t promise the same top-notch material quality as that 2024 collab.
The Nike Astrograbber “Morse Code” is due out Spring 2026 in men’s sizes. No retail price has been announced as of this writing, but something around $135+ is conceivable.
