Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” Releasing October 2026

Expect glow-in-the-dark soles and Nike Air on the heel.

Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” Releasing October 2026

The Air Jordan 5 went all-out for its 35th anniversary last year with the return of OG colorways and a number of key collabs, including a few Sneaker of the Year contenders in the “Black Metallic Reimagined” and AWAKE NY pairs. Now the Air Jordan 6 is poised to take center stage for its milestone year, but the 5 is still flying high with a smattering of promising looks in the chamber. The “Wolf Grey” 5s are first up on our Jordan Release Dates page, but we’re already learning of another release set for October – an Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” featuring some key holiday-inspired touches.

Halloween isn’t historically a holiday Jordan Brand celebrates with special releases (unlike Valentine’s Day and the Lunar New Year), but the brand did make noise in 2024 with an Air Jordan 1 Low featuring light-up cat eyes. Per zSneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the “Halloween” 5s will feature a mostly black colorway with glow-in-the-dark soles. The sneaker will also come with OG-inspired “23” numbering and “Nike Air” on the heel, both in black with orange shadow detailing. An additional orange accent is expected on the midsole’s shark teeth. The speculative mockups shown above and below provide an idea of what to expect, but the actual sneaker has yet to surface as of this writing. Additional holiday-inspired touches like custom insoles and inner tongue graphics are possible, if not likely.

The Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” is currently set to release October 24th, 2026, likely via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. The size run and retail pricing are still TBD at this juncture. See speculative mockups below and stay tuned for further info as it becomes available.
