Matt Varga It’s official. After a rather public flirtation, Kelsey Plum is adidas’ latest signee to their basketball roster, the Sparks superstar switching partners after four years with Under Armour.

To that end, Plum had already been spotted essentially head to toe in Three Stripes gear as the WNBA season ramped up. Since action has tipped off in the regular season, she’s been exclusively wearing the adidas Crazy Energy+ Execution, even predating this announcement, though adi press confirms that she’ll be a primary face of the inline silhouette throughout this year.
This obviously comes on the heels of major shake-ups at Under Armour, with Steph Curry’s departure from the Baltimore brand becoming a breakout story even outside of typical sneaker-focused spaces. Speculation followed in the weeks after about what would come of Curry Brand signees with UA. Though high-profile stars like De’Aaron Fox stuck with the company, Plum’s separation makes it two of their most notable stars leaving their umbrella in under a year’s time.
