The Nike SB Dunk Low isn’t one to stay away from headlines for too long, most recently appearing in a color-blocking ostensibly inspired by La Liga’s F.C. Barcelona.
While unofficial images of the pair don’t display any overt nod to Barça, the shoe’s maroon, navy and gold color palette matches the team’s kits perfectly. Furthermore, the Spanish football team’s uniforms are currently sponsored by the Swoosh, making sense of a collaborative shoe. Yet, the newly-surfaced, all-over suede proposition resembles more of a custom SB Dunk Low By You than a proper Nike SB style given that unlike a joint-effort from 2004, the sneakers forgo the club’s crest on the heel. Nevertheless, the pair’s alternating arrangement will surely make a notable addition to any collection.
Enjoy images of the potential collaboration here below, and anticipate more details soon.
In confirmed joint-efforts, the USPS Air Force 1 has received the green-light.
