Zion Williamson was playing some of the best ball of his four-year career in the League this year before a hamstring injury derailed his and the Pelicans’ post-All-Star game push. With a reevaluation expected within the coming weeks, this next colorway from his second signature series with Jordan Brand could make for the ideal return.
While additional offerings of the Jordan Zion 2 have been slowly unveiled since the new year, a supple monochrome color blocking reintegrates the silhouette for spring. Cast atop a crisp white base layer, neutral shades collect atop the exclusively suede and nubuck overlays which formulate a “Light Camo” composition. While jet-black contrasts immediately oppose the latter through its tongue construction, laces and sock liner, a seldom infusion of “Crimson” anchors the Zion and Jumpman logos alongside the forefoot strap’s “Zoom Air” branding. While a classic black/white sole unit curtails the effort below, a finishing titular touch fills the tread underfoot.
As we await further release details, in the meantime enjoy official images of the Jordan Zion 2 “Light Camo” below.
