Over its 40-year existence, the Nike Blazer has undergone an extensive amount of reinterpreted offerings for the silhouette’s ever-expanding cultural influences. Relying on a much more structured build for skaters, the Blazer Mid Pro Club now engages with a pitch-dark color palette.
Introduced just last summer, the revamped skate-ready solution explores an amalgamation of textiles, collecting tumbled leather, suede and ripstop throughout its pitch-dark upper. Exposed foam and thick mudguards retain their appearance while houndstooth laces, midsole stitching and tongue tabs inject a seldom swatch of crisp white to the tonal ensemble. Elsewhere, the dominant black colorway is infused with a restrictive amount of “Gum” hues along the forefoot of the canvas tread and suede heel tab, offering a contemporary update to the classic color blocking.

In other news from the Beaverton-based brand, the Jordan 38 “Aqua” was recently revealed.
