The longest-tenured hybrid model developed by Jordan Brand, the Jordan Spiz’ike has been circled by Oregon executives for a bonafide comeback effort in 2024. Late last year, news broke that the archive silhouette would getting a low top edition for the first time, and steady stream of new variations on the refreshed sneakers has come out ever since. In their latest formulation, the Jordan Spi’zike Low reaches into recent JB history for a “White / Obsidian” pair that casts a wide net, set for debut in all size ranges.

Given the similar past editions of its composite models, it’s somewhat of a surprise that this is the first time a navy & white colorway has come about. Of Spike Lee’s joints, only a 2017 blue dominant pair hits the on similar same notes. “Midnight Navy” editions of the Air Jordan line from the past two years stand out as obvious reference points here, with the Jordan 3, 4 and 6 that lend structural elements to the Spiz’ike the clearest of the bunch. Even the 5 has gotten a touchup in a similar palette with the A Ma Maniere x Jordan 5 from just a few months back, establishing a lengthy, pretty recent line of inspiration for the pair at hand.

Official photos in this have arrived well before the anticipated release date, with “White/Obsidian” Jordan Spiz’ike Low slated to drop this coming summer. Once that day arrives, these will be available in full family sizes (Adult, Grade School, Preschool and Toddler.) Expect a retail price of $170 for the adults, and $130 for GS.

While you wait, the recently unveiled Air Jordan 1 “Pink Suede” may be a fit for your spring wardrobe.
