LaMelo Ball’s Puma MB.03 Low Debuting This Summer

As we near the end of the 2023-24 NBA calendar and shift into offseason mode, the latest LaMelo Ball shoes, his PUMA MB.03, is changing shape in kind. Images just landed of a low-cut takedown of his signature shoe, set to debut in classic “Triple White.”

The claw mark concept sticks around in broad strokes, but the shape of their imprints is warped in this new life, each slash pushed together to create a more contiguous shape on both the medial and lateral sides. Additionally, the wavy, plush cushioning at the heel is gone in this iteration, enhancing the new streamlined overall profile. The move aligns in-step with the well-founded strategy of recutting basketball models for the warmer months; notably seen with the adidas AE1. While the Mb.03 has carved out plenty of sway in the younger market, this more reserved take on the model could make it a more common sight at your local runs, especially presented in always reliable all-white.

The PUMA MB.03 Low is set to release in the coming weeks, expected to debut stateside before the close of Summer 24. Our overseas readers can pick up their pairs via PUMA EU channels beginning on June 21st.
