The Statue of Liberty has been an iconic symbol of freedom since it was first erected in 1886, and this February, it will be immortalized into the Nike SB Dunk. The Nike SB Dunk High ‘Statue of Liberty’ features a sea-green upper just like Lady Liberty, but the upper is treated in such a way that if normal wear and tear from skating will reveal a bronze and silver under-layer, mimicking the erosion seen on the 19th-century statue. The tongue label also features a special logo taking after the trademark spiked crown seen at the head of the statue. Check out the extra shot after the jump and expect these to hit select Nike SB accounts next month. via N-SB.
