One of the more commonly overlooked members of the Nike Air Max Legacy is the Nike Air Classic BW in the original Black/Persian Violet colorway. Originally releasing in 1991, the Nike Air Classic ‘Big Window’ featured the largest visible Air Max unit at that point and paved the way for other larger-than-life Max Air bubbles from that point on. The BW still carries a cult status, and when Sneaker News showed you this white, black, and deep purple colorway one month ago, the Air Classic BW fans came out of the woodworks and praised it for being a nice ‘reverse’ rendition to the original BW colorway. Pre-orders are long gone because these are available now, so take a detailed look below and grab a deadstock pair from caliroots.
