Nike Sportswear tested the resiliency of the Nike Air Max 90 by re-introducing the shoe in various forms. The Current, which replaced the forefoot with that of a softer, Free-grooved sole, debuted in 2009, and a new Vac-Tech rendition abbreviated by ‘VT’ made its way to stores in 2011. In 2012, you can put your hands together for the Nike Air Max 90 VT Current LSR, which combines the two unique construction methods into yet another variance of the Air Max 90. This Metallic Silver and White colorway produces that elemental and magnetic vibe with the tonal colorway, with a cool and crisp white adding a much-need contrast on the inner lining, swoosh, and the rear portion of the outsole. Expect these sometime later this year (likely a Summer 2012 release) in a number of colorways, so check out the additional angles after the jump and let us know what you think. via ttb
