Nike Free is known to strengthen your feet by allowing ‘barefoot’ runs without any of the dangers of a truly naked sole, but anyone who’s ever traversed an off-road trail in a pair could tell you the higher the number, the better. Something like a 9.0 on the 3.0-7.0 scale would be perfect for even the rockiest mountain cuts, and that’s where this new drop steps in to perfectly fill the void. Its upper substantially similar to 2011’s smash hit Free Run+ 2, the Nike Flex Trail will debut this holiday season with a flexible yet firm outsole that adds grip and support for uneven surfaces. Four colorways are coming up with a reasonable $85 MSRP; might these overtake some of the All Conditions Gear standouts thanks to the tremendous value? via TSG
