It’s not that often that the official backstory of an Air Jordan retro release is revealed, so we may never know the true inspiration for this brand new Air Jordan VIII colorway. Suns, Knicks, and even Bobcats connections have been thrown at there to date. We’re going with the first one for now, as the Air Jordan VIII at large is actually relevant to said color combo what with the Suns/Bulls matchup that took place in the 1993 NBA Finals.
