Air Jordan XII “Flu Game” – Autographed Game-Worn Pair to be Auctioned Off

Air Jordan 12 Flu Game Game Worn Auction 1
There are ‘Flu Games’ and then there’s the ‘Flu Game’.  That’s how it goes with the Air Jordan XII, which in 2009 released in a revamped nubuck tribute to the original all-leather 1997 release.  It was that OG in which Michael Jordan miraculously fought off food poisoning to score 38 and crush the state of Utah — except maybe one of the Jazz’s ball boys.  The hardworking young man in question was supremely lucky to have been bequeathed the autographed, game worn pair from the ’97 Finals Game 5, which he promptly placed into a safe deposit box.  Sixteen years later, they’ve been unearthed and are set to be included in a Grey Flannel Auction scheduled to wrap up on December 11th of this year.  Grey Flannel expects these to be the top seller on that block, and the really interesting thing will be where these rank as far as most valued MJ memorabilia of all time.  Sneaker News will keep you posted with updates as more details come into focus, and for now, you can see the infamous kicks in question and let us know how much you think they’re worth.
