Nike Air Max Lunar Leather Quickstrikes

The whole reason for adding the Nike Lunar cushioning to a pair of Air Maxes seems to be to shave weight off the traditional bubble-bottom silhouettes. It’s a little odd then, to see traditional materials applied to the uppers that sort of take two steps backwards on that end. That’s what’s going on with the Nike Air Max Lunar1 and the Nike Air Max Lunar90 here, with the two each taking on a heavy duty leather treatment.
