The world of high fashion seems to be more and more interested in borrowing from sneaker brands. The latest example is Alexander Wang, whose Spring/Summer 2015 collection hit the runway this weekend for New York Fashion Week with some overt homages to Nike history. There are elephant print shirts, Nike Air Woven high heels, and even some handbags that look like those old Air Jordan bags that used sneaker soles as their bottoms.
