Air Jordan VI – Pattern Sample

Air Jordan VI – Pattern Sample

sc-ra-vi

It’s always interesting to get a look at the creative process that goes into actually developing the sneakers that we love. Here we get a look at a pattern sample for the Air Jordan VI. As you will see, the design of the upper is fairly close to its finished version, but it happens to be sitting on the midsole from a classic Air Flight model. Most likely this was just created as a test sample, but it’s still fun to take a look at this Frankenstein version of the shoe. You may also notice that the infamous holes in the tongue are filled in with red fabric on these and there are some other slight differences on the toe, heel and ankle. If you’re as fascinated by pics like these as we are, make sure to take a look at some more pics after the jump. Via SC.
