It goes without saying, but the city of Berlin is incredibly close to the heart of adidas. This upcoming limited edition release of the adidas EQT Support 93/17 Boost celebrates the BVG aka the Berlin Verkehrsbetriebe, the city’s primary mode of public transport. It features the colorful camouflage-style graphic on the exterior heel of the shoes, a mock train ticket on the tongue, and additional surrounding details that pay tribute to this vital tool for connection, but what makes these extra special is that when the shoes are worn, they act as valid ticketing for all BVG vehicles from January 16th through the rest of the year. adidas confirms that only 500 pairs will release exclusively at Overkill in Berlin, with an MSRP of 180 Euro.
