LA Brand Adaptation Celebrates First Anniversary With Vans Collaboration

Los Angeles-based streetwear label Adaptation is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a Vans collaboration on the iconic Slip-On and Authentic silhouettes. While its Slip-On project features a boisterous look with haphazardly placed markings all over the white canvas, the Authentic creation keeps things much simpler – paying homage to its original 1977 colorway. In fact, the Slip-On is a three-entity collaboration, as the markings were done by graffiti artist , SABER – a past collaborator with the brand. Both selection comes housed in special edition dual-branded boxing and are currently available at Maxfield LA.
