Longtime purveyor of skate shoes and culture Emerica has released the Emerica G-Code, the third signature shoe of Emerica Skate Team member Bryan Herman. The high-school dropout-turned-skate pro designed his sig shoe with his own “code” in mind; while he appears laid back, Herm is one of the most unpredictable guys you’ll ever come across. Similarly, the G-Code, a low-profile shoe, comes with a pretty basic design in four colourways, but comes equipped with high-tech features such has STI Foam and Non-Slip Desert Grip, and also features a one-piece seamless toe. It’s pretty dope that the skaters go in-depth in the design and engineering of their own shoes, so check out the video with Bryan Herman and you’ll see what his thought process was. via Emerica.
